Our caramel is slowly simmered in our copper kettle, then hand-cut from large slabs. It’s a lot of hard work, but ensures the best caramels are delivered to you or your loved ones! We use fresh, local cream and butter from our surrounding Bay Area counties, and avoid overly sweet syrups, making our caramels rich and delicious just like times gone past.
